Punctuality

Our guests' precious time is very important to us. Late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so that we do not run late for our next guests.

New Clients

We kindly ask you to arrive fifteen (15) minutes earlier from your scheduled appointment time so that you can provide us important information.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to our clients and the Spa staff, we request a 24 hour notice for weekday appointments and 48 hour notice for Saturday appointments. For half-day or full-day programs, we kindly request one week's notice. For no shows or failure to cancel appointment within the above guidelines, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the missed appointment’s service-price.

Children

In consideration of our guests seeking a relaxing atmosphere, we request that you do not bring children under the age of 12 into the spa.

Gratuities

The industry average is 18% and we leave this privilege to you on a la carte services. Spa packages will include 18% gratuity in the price.

Use of Wireless Phones on Spa Premises

As a courtesy to our clients and to preserve tranquility in the spa, we kindly request all cellular phones to be turned off upon entering the spa.
